Get them while supplies last! We pull rib meat off the bone and combine it with a secret sauce to make the best Sloppy Joe sandwich you’ve ever tasted.
During the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. We rub it with secret spices and buttery goodness 24 hours prior to cooking, then we slow-smoke it for three to four hours with pecan wood. The birds are 12 to 15 lbs. They should feed about 12 people. We’ll give you reheating instructions if you need them. Delicious and convenient!
